3. How has legislation impacted the way web sites are published?
- The censorship of Google in China
- Facebook and its privacy battle in Canada
4. What are the business impacts of this issue?
- How does a PR disaster like TJ Max’s database being hacked affect public perception
- The importance of permission based marketing
- Multi-nationals conducting business abroad

Interesting points Auggie. I feel like crusading for complete internet privacy is an impossible battle to wage. It's the cost of admission for utilizing this wonderful thing we call the web.
